Acceptance of Terms
By requesting service from Rowanquiro Co. or using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Service Estimates
Diagnostic findings and repair estimates are provided in writing. Billable repair work begins only after customer approval. Estimates may be revised if additional faults are discovered, with notice before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt unless a written account agreement specifies other terms. Contract customers are billed according to the schedule stated in their maintenance agreement.
Parts and Warranty
Replacement parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Labor performed by our technicians is warranted for ninety days against defects in workmanship on the specific repair completed.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe access to equipment, disclose known prior repairs, and back up any stored data on devices with internal storage before service.
Limitation of Liability
Rowanquiro Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business, arising from equipment downtime. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Cancellations
Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with reasonable notice. Missed appointments without notice may incur a trip charge.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
